As a retreat chef, I combine my experience as a nutritionist and my passion for cooking to provide you and your participants with nourishing, balanced meals.
My focus is on vegetarian, protein-rich, and gut-friendly cuisine that supports both body and mind. Upon request, I also cook vegan, gluten-free, or individually adapted – tailored to special needs or intolerances.
Wherever possible, I use organic, fresh ingredients that are not only digestible but also flavorful. The meals provide energy, promote lightness and simultaneously create moments of enjoyment.
This creates a cuisine that optimally accompanies retreats: mindful, balanced, and individually adapted – for a nourishing experience on all levels.
